Step 4-Visit Properties

This process will take place in two phases:

1. The Virtual phase – we (both you and I) will search all available sources for homes meeting your requirements to get a sense of the range and availability of different homes meeting your criteria.

2. The Actual phase – you will select the specific homes you wish to visit, up close and personally. I will set up the appointments and tour you around the area to visit all the homes you have chosen to see.

Within a few days after receiving your “Wish List”, I will prepare a report for you of all homes that most closely match your “Wish List.” Included in this report will be maps specific to the area where the homes are located.

After getting feedback from you on which homes most appeal to you, I will schedule appointments for us to personally visit the selected homes .

If you are “short of time” and want to find a home quickly, I can schedule up to 14-18 homes to visit in a day. If you are not in a short time constraint, we will schedule viewing fewer homes spread over a longer time.

Pllease keep in mind that good homes, well priced in a good location, seldom last more than 2-3 weeks on the market. I will get daily reports on homes matching your criteria as they become available. You will be notified immediately as particular homes meeting your needs come to my attention.
