Our Commercial Properties Division is dedicated to providing
a one-stop source of services for the Commercial Property Investor within
the Denver Metro Area and the Front Range Area in Colorado. Our specialty
is Investment Property, especially Multi-Family Apartments, Land and Residential
Homes/Townhomes. Through affiliated Brokers and Specialists we also can
provide a full range of services which include: identifying, evaluating,
financing, marketing and/or acquiring additional Commercial Properties
such as: mobile home parks, office, retail, hotels, motels and resort properties.
The best source of public information on Colorado
Commercial Properties available for sale is through the Internet Database
(see LINK at bottom of this page) provided through the Denver Metro Commercial
Association of Realtors or DMCAR. However, when viewing this information,
we ask that you remember two facts:

The properties shown on the Internet to the public represent
at best between 25 - 40% on the total properties actually available.

For information on properties both shown and not shown,
contact CEC Realty with your particular requirements. As your Buyer
Agent and a member of DMCAR, we have access to 100% of ALL commercial
properties listed for sale through DMCAR and we will represent your interests
primarily.
Many seller's of property direct their Listing Brokers
to market their properties in a very discreet manner due to their sensitivity
for maintaining complete confidentiality of their plans from their employees
and/or tenants. This is where we can be of special help to a Property Investor,
due to our access to all the available properties, our extensive networking
and when buying, the fact that we represent the Buyer's interests first
and foremost.

"Land Type"

Do not try to change"Active" as this is the default
choice and the only one available for use by the Public User for "Property
Status".

Select any choices available at "PROPERTY LOCATION"
and "ADDITIONAL SEARCH PARAMETERS". The fewer you choose, the greater the
likelyhood of finding a match.
